I spent 3k in November alone. Probably not supposed to do it this way, but I just used the new BLITZ perfume code and it let me pick two perfume minis instead of one perfume and one mascara. Awesome find! Are you vib rouge?
It only let me choose 2 fragrance minis or 1 fragrance mini and the mascara. I am vib. I picked the Chloe and the Burberry minis. It only lets you pick two total. Did your order of 2 perfume samples go through? It happened to me several times already. Often times we place the order because of the freebies.

I placed an order and used the code for the Tom Ford Lipstick gwp. They sent an email later saying that it was out of stock. I emailed them and they credited my account with points, which was appreciated; however I was excited to try that lippie.
The code is still showing as active browsing the site, text check out. And I had chosen good samples, including a Jo Malone fragrance vial! They did it on purpose! It happened to me also! I highly recommend you contact CS, they funded me points for the missing 3 samples. Not acceptable! One of the missing samples I requested was a Jo Malone fragrance, and I was really looking forward to trying that. Sephora failed to include samples in not just one, but TWO of my orders — my last two orders. We spend time to decide what to choose then come nothing.
Try contact them, most likely they will fund you pts for 3 missing samples. To me, pts is better than 3 free foil samples. I tend to request perfume vials — they can be used multiple times, unlike sample packets.
And among those 6 missing samples, several were perfume vials. Also, I like fragrances. I do not find the reward points that useful. And the good stuff is always sold out very quickly. Yeah, I do the same thing and I feel your frustration!
If you follow my blog and read my purchase posts, you know I always choose fragrance samplers. I like to collect them! Just fyi, hope it helps. Their beauty section does have cheap filler items, travel size items that you could buy if you do see some interesting samples.
I saw that message too. The last three orders were a huge issues for me. Order 3 I received 9 days after placing the order. Write a complaining email to see what they can do for ya! I have no idea why they offer 1 or 2 day shipping. The 1 day shipping estimated arrival is always the same as the flash 2 day which is never in 2 days. I have never been refunded for late shipments. I have placed hundreds of orders and none ever come on time. They are ridiculous for that though. Oh man, I feel your frustration.
Everyone can see what you say so Sephora facebook admins are pretty responsive. Sephora is the most popular beauty store, whatever is popular in the store will sell out quick if the inventory is low. I received the same. I emailed them to complain and am now waiting for a response. It was definitely very disappointing. Just FYI! Thanks for keeping this page up to date; I check it all the time!

I bet it's more than I think I know promos def do. Oh, I know for sure promos definitely do! If there is a great promo on, it prompts me to buy things I don't necessarily need urgently, and conversely if promos are not so hot, I tend to wait for better ones if the item I'm buying isn't sale or LE and I don't need to worry about it running out. My main reason for waiting this time is I placed I think 5 smaller orders last week, on top of 2 large in store "hauls" which is way more than I normally buy in such a short time.
I got some samples and perks I wanted at the beginning of the week like the Dior lip and eye minis but then most of them changed mid week and the rest of my orders I picked out samples I don't really care for, plus extra samples of Nirvana White. I wish they'd bring back the minis of Nirvana Black, so I'd have an even mix since I like layering them. I have 1 or 2 more match game codes I want to use, but I don't want any more samples of stuff I won't use.
But good point makeupobsessed, ladies, do the quality of samples or promos keep you from ordering things you want? I'm with you. I placed an order earlier this week, so I picked the samples I wanted then. I want to use another code, but I'd really like to be able to pick from different samples.
